This is an opportunity for someone with recruitment experience looking to grow and develop as a Recruitment Specialist!  

 

As the Recruitment Specialist you will:

 

  • Oversee all aspects of the full-cycle recruitment process in local and national markets.
  • Identify strong candidates, evaluate and assess their experience and qualifications, and perform pre-screening of potential candidates. 
  • Identify alternative applicant sources, and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and opportunities for maximizing financial and human resources. 
  • Develop recruitment materials for use in local and national searches, researches certification / reciprocity requirements for designated professional staff, enhance resources / source relationships, and establish and maintain recruitment networks.
  • Conduct analysis of HR metrics and environmental assessments to assist with the integration of organizational strengths and strategies to enhance the retention of staff.          
  • Assist with other HR related duties as assigned. 

 

Compesnation is $23- $ 25/hr DOE

Qualifications

 

EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred

 

EXPERIENCE: 

  • 3 years of experience in direct care/administrative experience in behavioral health OR 3 years’ administrative experience in a closely related field.
  • A minimum of two years of recruitment, human resources or closely related field experience is required.
  • Requires demonstrated proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification, including, but not limited to: referrals, candidate sourcing using various methods, social recruiting, cold calling and direct recruiting to obtain qualified candidates.
  • Ability to multi-task and switch gears in an instant.
  • Excellent customer services skills, computer literate and strong attention to detail are a must.
  • High level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
