Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for children and adolescents who face significant emotional, behavioral and intellectual/developmental challenges.  At this location, we provide intensive therapeutic services. Based in Viera, FL, this position is responsible for providing Clinical oversite and supervision to other clinicians on site.

 

The selected candidate will:

  • Manage the Viera Campus clinical department at the Residential Treatment Program. 
  • Lead the implementation of treatment initiatives.
  • Partner with the multidisciplinary leadership team to promote teamwork and integrated care.
  • Partner with Quality Compliance leaders in assessing and analyzing client outcomes in the development of performance improvement activities.
  • Facilitate positive experiences in all relationships both internally and externally, including but not limited to customers including funders, referral sources and family/guardians.  
  • Provide clinical supervision to therapist and/or behavioral analyst (Depending on License or certification)         

 

Position Details:

Pay Range: This position range is $75,000 - $85,500 / annual.  Salary is based on relevant education and experience. 

Schedule:  Typically Monday-Friday (day shift).  On-Call as needed.

Qualifications

Education & Licensure:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field required
  • Licensed in the state of Florida under Department of Health to provide clinical services preferred
  • Qualified supervisor designation preferred
  • Credential as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) preferred

Experience:

  • Five years related experience (preferably in a residential setting) required
  • Must have leadership skills to lead a diverse group and problem solve effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

Other:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • must be able to attend a two-week paid orientation (Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm).
  • Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Screen, Physical and TB Test
