Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is one of the largest and most advanced behavioral healthcare organizations in the country. Nestled near the beaches between the Pacific Coast and Santa Ynez mountains, Devereux California is a therapeutic behavioral health treatment facility offering residential services, community living, day programs, and clinical services for adults with multiple diagnoses, including autistic spectrum disorders, emotional and/or behavioral differences, intellectual and developmental disabilities, dementia and other cognitive disorders.

 

The Quality Improvement (QI) Coordinator collaborates closely with the Enhanced Behavioral Supports Homes to drive quality improvements and enhance outcome measures. The role requires staying up to date with the latest industry knowledge, coupled with active participation in staff training requirements and heading meetings to ensure adherence to Devereux policies and compliance with EBSH licensing and accreditation regulations, as well as all relevant federal, state, and local guidelines. The QI Coordinator isresponsible for overseeing quality management of the EBSH programs, encompassing meticulous data analysis, comprehensive reporting, and the seamless coordination between the EBSH program and administration.

 

 

This is an onsite position

Compensation $24-25/hr DOE 

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree preferred 

 

EXPERIENCE: Experience and skill demonstration can be considered in lieu of formal degree. Proficient computer skills and with Microsoft applications. One to two years of experience working in the behavioral health quality improvement field preferred; related health care and quality management experience may be considered. Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adhere to established guidelines. Requires ability to work flexible schedule, and occasional local travel. Valid driver's license must be maintained.
