Our Assistant Campus Coordinator position offers you the opportunity to exhibit leadership and communication skills while working with other dedicated human service professionals!
Responsible for the oversight of daily operations during non-business hours you will serve as the primary coordinator of resources and communication, including on call notifications and consultation. Proactively manages the safe operation of campus, and responds to immediate issues and concerns. Coordinates residential and group home staffing to ensure effective staff utilization.
Other Essential Responsibilities May Include:
Staff may be required to remain on shift to ensure safety and maintain regulated staff to youth ratios.
Staff may be transferred to another unit/program to maintain staff to youth ratios and/or meet other staffing requirements.
Staff complete housekeeping tasks as assigned.
Staff secure and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
Staff drive/transport youth as needed. In group homes, staff will be required to use their personal vehicle for transport.
Staff perform other related duties, special assignments and projects when requested

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Active driver’s license is required.
High School diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education preferred.
Three years related experience required. Supervisory experience preferred.
Schedule:
Must be able to attend a 2 week paid orientation, which runs Monday-Friday, 8AM - 4PM in Rutland, MA
Schedule to follow Orientation: Sun - Wed 12pm - 10am; days off Thurs - Sat.
