As a Case Coordinator, you will provide direct placement services and supervision, following placement of individuals into community foster homes. You will provide case management services to 8-12 individuals with a range of behavioral health, developmental, and medical diagnosis.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a human services related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in child welfare, foster care or in-home crisis interventions. Experience providing clinical and/or case management services to children and families required. Must possess excellent therapeutic skills, written/verbal communication and organizational skills. Previous direct care experience, specifically with children and adolescents living with psychological, emotional and behavioral challenges preferred. Experience with GA Score is preferred and ability to complete RBWO Foundations Training required along with SAFE training.
