Available Shifts: Full-time, part-time, weekend intensive and on-call available.

(Shifts are program specific)

Days: 7am-3pm

Evenings: 2pm - 10pm | 3pm-11pm

Overnights: 10pm - 8am | 11pm-7am

Weekends (varied shifts).

Pay rates: Full-time | Part-time: $17.50/hr - $23.05/hr | PRN: $18.50 - $18.75


Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Children Services provides programs and services for youth and adolescents with intellectual, developmental, behavioral disabilities. Our dedicated team of over 600 staff ranging from highly-specialized clinicians and nurses to recreational and direct staff professionals, all work to one common goal the happiness, self-fulfillment and social integration of each adult in our community. As a direct support professional you will assist in daily living activities, including health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning, recreation and documentation to include shift reports, incident reports and individual progress reports. You will maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional and personal needs of the individuals we serve.

     All Devereux centers have formal infectious-disease and emergency-management plans, which have been tailored to address the unique aspects of COVID-19 prevention to ensure the safety of our employees and individuals served. This includes social distancing, increased professional cleaning and sanitizations, daily contact with local health departments, telehealth programs and supporting the physical and financial health of our team members.

EDUCATION:  High School Diploma Required, Education Evaluation required if education was acquired outside the U.S.

EXPERIENCE:  Some experience in behavioral health preferred.
