Center for Autism Research and Educational Services (CARES), located in Downingtown, PA is seeking a Instructional Coordinator to provide direct behavioral intervention to student. We offer an environment that is supportive, educational and clinically focused. This position will give you the opportunity to work directly with children diagnosed with Autism 1:1 within a structured classroom environment with Special Education Teachers, Behavior Analyst and Autism professionals. You will increase your knowledge and improve your skills related to behavior intervention, functional assessment and collaboration with a team that is inclusive and individualized.CARES serves up to 60 children, ages 5 through 21, with a confirmed primary diagnosis of Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, or Pervasive Developmental Disorder-Not Otherwise Specified (PDD/NOS).

EDUCATION: High School Diploma required. Associates Degree or completion of two years of post-secondary education from an accredited college or university preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Previous experience working in a special education or behavioral healthcare setting with students with severe/complex behavioral/emotional issues preferred.
