As an Assistant Campus Supervisor at Devereux, you will:
Be responsible for the oversight of daily operations of the campus along with the other leaders on Campus. Serve as the primary coordinator of resources and communication, including on call notifications and consultation. Collaboratively work with the staff and various management teams to proactively manage the safe operation of the campus, and respond to immediate issues and concerns. Coordinate residential staffing to ensure effective staff utilization and ratios.
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health's Georgia Program in Kennesaw, GA provides new hopes, new dreams, and new choices for children, adolescents and young adults struggling with emotional and behavioral health challenges. In this role, as a Psychiatrist, you will administer psychiatric/clinical/medical services and provide appropriate treatment. Additonally, will serve as a consultant to Center leadership and staff on medical or psychiatric treatment. Direct treatment activities of staff when such staff are engaged in supporting psychiatric/clinical /medical services.

Education: 2 year degree or 60 credit hours in Human Services, Psychology or related field. Experience in thefield can be considered in lieu of degree. Bachelors degree preferred
Experience: 2-4 years experience in residential treatment setting (Mental Health), including experience in a supervisory role. Must be flexible in working for, supporting, and learning the needs of the campus/program.
- Valid Georgia Driver's License
- Strong computer skills and ability to use independent judgement
