Pay rate: $19.00- $21.66/hr (based upon experience)

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (52-week year long position)

Every day as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will:

• Work with children on a 1:1 basis in a school environment
• Ensure the safety and supervision of the children
• Provide interventions to children with emotional support and behavioral health needs in a school setting
• Deescalate and mitigate behaviors throughout the day

Devereux Day Academy is a private academic school program located in Norristown, PA. EDUCATION: Requires a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of work experience with children or adolescents preferred. 

Must possess and maintain valid driver's license

Must be at least 21 years of age.
