Being a Program Supervisor has its Advantages

 

As a Program Supervisor you will supervise direct support professionals and direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility(s) to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the Individuals, in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements.

    Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Adult Services provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our main campus is located in Berwyn PA. Qualifications

Bachelors Degree or higher. If acquired outside of the US must be evaluated
Three (3)years of human service experience working with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
Be at least 21 years of age
Must possess and maintain valid driver's license
