The Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health National Operations office, located in Villanova, Pa., is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and creative project management professional to join our team. As Devereux’s National Project Management Specialist, you will assist the National Director of Project Management in executing Devereux’s operations strategies to support turnaround efforts, maintain project files, databases and project schedules/timelines in effective and efficient management of new business development, turnaround and other projects. This opportunity will be a hybrid position and depending on experience will have a pay range up to $60,000.00. Targeted to start January 2025.

 

In this role, the National Project Management Specialist will liaise with other departments to support project management from project inception to completion, as well as manage small to medium sized projects as appropriate. The candidate will support implementation of hybrid and agile project management strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and planning skills in helping to identify, research, analyze and when appropriate, pursue business development and cost saving opportunities that will enhance Devereux’s ability to serve more people in need of advanced behavioral healthcare services. In addition, provide financial analysis and modeling to support various initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years’ of experience providing administrative and technical support to senior level management; Experience in a behavioral health, healthcare and/or a nonprofit setting is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred;
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred;
  • Exceptional written/oral communication skills, strong project management and organizational skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player/Servant Leader attitude and outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels and diverse groups within, and outside of, the organization.
  • Conceptual, creative thinker with a passion for writing, storytelling and a willingness to learn from others. Able to structure and conduct interviews and research efforts, and synthesize findings into key points.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Must have a sense of urgency and be able to operate in a fluid environment with sensitivity to deadlines.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong proficiency with word processing, database management and presentation software. (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI and Word).
