We are looking for experience in:
A background in fundraising, event planning, public relations, grant writing, professional sales, and marketing is highly desired. Experience with Raiser’s Edge, Canva, Constant Contact, and SharePoint is preferred.

EDUCATION: Associates/some college required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two (2) years professional work experience working in a similar role in a related field such as Public Relations, Resource Development, Sales, and/or Marketing. Grant Writing and Non-profit experience required. Previous direct care experience, specifically with children and adolescents preferred.
Other qualifications:
Knowledge of and experience in letter writing, social media, press releases, grant writing and reporting and marketing.
Strong technical skills and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Publisher & Powerpoint.
Experience with Raiser's Edge and/or similar databases.
Possess excellent relationship management, multitasking, written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm daily.
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
