$1000 Sign On Bonus 

Starting at $20.06/hr with increases available for relevent experience, up to $23.86.

Schedule:  Days

This 1:2 group program is a latency age, non-verbal, moderate-severe Autism program located on the main campus in Rutland, MA is an intensive group home serving boys and girls ages 6-13 and provides students an opportunity to further develop and practice their social, coping, relapse prevention and independent living skills.

 

The Case Manager works closely with the Program Director and the Clinician to provide case management services including communication with external agencies, transportation related to treatment and educational needs, and coordination of treatment team meetings. The primary clinical treatment model for this program is ABA within a trauma informed care milieu. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate in the mental health field or soon to graduate, looking to gain experience in a clinical setting. Located in Rutland, MA, this position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

 

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, social work, education or other related field or High School Diploma with 12 years relevant Human Service experience required.
-Minimum one year experience working with children/adolescents with mental health disabilities or graduate study in counseling, casework, social work, or related field.

- Valid Driver's License

- 21 years of age or older
