Description

Schedule:  Exempt role, Monday - Friday 9-5pm, with on-call weekend rotation

Starting at $50,611.79 up to $59,777.44yr & $1,000 sign on bonus

At our Gatehouse group home located in Rutland, MA, you will work with other dedicated staff in a community setting focusing on generalizing and increasing social skills and independent living skills.


You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. You would be responsible for the overall daily operations of a group home including program development, supervision of residential staff, management of program budget, integration of community opportunities for youth, and assurance of quality of milieu services.

 

This group home serves a male population of individuals ages 14-21 years old.  Staffing ratios are 1:3

 Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts is located in Fitchburg, MA and serves students with complex mental health and behavioral challenges. This position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a residential treatment setting with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience required
  • Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, in Rutland
