The Assistant Campus Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of daily operations of the campus, providing safety and supervision of all programs (units) on our campus during their shift, along with the other leaders on Campus.

EDUCATION: Two (2) year degree or 60 credit hours in Human Services, Psychology or related field. Experience in the field can be considered in lieu of degree. Bachelors degree preferred in the field of counseling, mental health, social work, psychology/sociology, rehabilitation, special education, or human services.
EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 years in the Mental Health field, preferably in direct care supporting children and adolescents preferred. One (1) year of supervisory experience is required. 2 to 4 years experience in residential treatment/Mental Health field, preferably in direct care supporting children and adolescents preferred, including experience in a supervisory role. Must be flexible in working for, supporting, and learning the needs of the campus/program.
Other qualifications:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; leadership, relationship management, and multi-tasking skills are required.
Strong technical skills and ability to utilize in-house computer applications.
Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results.
On-call, weekend availability and some holidays required.
Must be able to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm daily.
