Qualifications

Education: Bachelors’ Degree in Health Information Management, Human Services, or related Field. Experience mat be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree. 

 

Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience working in the behavioral health, quality improvement, or health information field preferred; related health care and quality management experience may be considered. Experience in auditing, compliance, surveying, credentialing, and HIPAA regulations is essential. Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office applications and data collecting/analyzing platforms (Radar, Pro-Filer, and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position). Outstanding organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and multi-task, to maximize efficiency. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Requires ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines.

 

Other Qualifications:

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results.
  • Must be able to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm daily.
