As a Program Administrator you will oversee internal operations of an array of IDD & behavioral health programs while ensuring quality programming, regulatory compliance, adherence to professional demands, and the monitoring of functional viability. You will also oversee the development and maintenance of a positive work environment designed to attract and retain a stable, progressive, caring and diverse workforce needed to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services. You will create systems that allow Center leadership to develop programs, services and standards to meet the current and anticipated needs of key internal and external customers, including individuals served, families, and funding, licensing and other regulatory agencies. This position ensures that fiscal controls are in place to safeguard funds while allowing the Center to accomplish its programmatic mission. You will assist in implementing strategies to address changing markets or reduce unwarranted risk. You will also assist in the implementation of positive consumer and community awareness programs and activities. Program Administrators are involved in Center/organizational development/fund raising activities.

EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in Human Services, Business, Health Care, Education, Vocational Education, or related field.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five years of senior administrative, management, and/or leadership experience within Devereux or a
comparable organization. Must have strong administrative and operational experience as well as marketing, strategic planning, and
financial planning experience. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and project management skills. Strong
organizational and time management skills. Requires strong data collection and analytic skills utilizing computer applications.
Requires well-developed facilitation and training skills. Ability to multi-task, adapt quickly, and manage crises. Must be decisive,
able apply sound judgment, and work very independently. Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft applications. Must
have & maintain valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age.
