Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts / Rhode Island is looking for a Foster Care Homefinder / Program Coordinator. This position is responsible for the recruitment, assessment, selection, pre-service training, licensing and re-licensing of therapeutic foster homes. You will also assist in clinical components of foster care placement, and provide follow up with therapeutic foster homes. *THIS PERSON MUST BE BI-LINGUAL - ENGLISH/SPANISH AND HAVE A FAMILIARITY WITH THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM IN MASSACHUSETTS. This person must understand procedures and programs and have a good knowledge of Case Mgt. There is a state system, so the person does not need to go out and recruit new families, but will need to keep the homes up to code, help with relicsensing, do home visits and docuements. Must be good with children and families and have a compassionate and understand nature.
$1,000 Sign on Bonus
Base pay starting at $20.46, up to $24.32 with higher education/experience in the field.
3 Days Paid Orientation Training
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-5 with occasional nights & weekends to meet with foster families.
