Education: High school diploma required or Bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited college/university in special education, psychology or other related field; Have done RBT certification OR be willing to complete required training and exam. Must be willing to get RBT certification in future.
Experience: Must have direct experience working with children diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. Previous RBT experience preferred, but training and supervision will be provided. Registered Behavior Technician certification must be obtained and maintained in order to serve in this role.
Minimum of one years’ experience with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorders/behavioral challenges
Ability to work directly with patients and families, work as part of a team to carry out behavior plans during school hours
Willingness to travel
