Seeking an experienced Program Director for a program in Paxton, MA working with adolescents/young adults (co-ed from ages 4-14).
Schedule: Exempt role, Monday - Friday 9-5pm, with on-call weekend rotation
Starting at $50,611.79 up to $59,777.44yr & $1,000 sign on bonus

You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. You would be responsible for the overall daily operations of a group home including program development, supervision of residential staff, management of program budget, integration of community opportunities for youth, and assurance of quality of milieu services.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts is located in Paxton, MA and serves students with complex mental health and behavioral challenges. This position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

Job Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Sociology, Special Education, Counseling or Psychology.
•One year of supervisory experience in a child behavioral health care agency.
•Two years experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred.
•Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.
•Consistently meets deadlines, ability to prioritize, multi-task and flexibility.
•Willingness to be on-call.
•Previous experience and knowlege of monitoring and managing fiscal responsibilities of a group home or residential setting.
