Devereux/TCV Community Services is Hiring a Therapist for its Enhanced Clinical Services Coordination (ECSC) Team!

For over 50 years, TCV Community Services, part of Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, has provided comprehensive programs and services for children, adolescents and adults with behavioral health and special needs. The ECSC Therapist position will provide mental health treatment to identified individuals ages 21 and over who meet the eligibility criteria for ECSC services.

About ECSC

Enhanced Clinical Service Coordination:

· Is the most intensive level of service coordination.

· Is provided as a mobile team approach for individuals with complex psychosocial, medical and psychiatric needs.

· Is a proactive, outcomes-based service model that uses evidence-based assessment and evaluation tools and utilizes best practices for identifying and meeting residents’ needs.

The ECSC Therapist will be responsible for reporting to Devereux/TCV’s Service Coordination program and:

• Complete Initial Intake Assessment.
• Provide individual and group therapy session for the ECSC Team. (Services are provided in the home or in other community setting.)
• Develop effective working relationships that endure with persistent outreach.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all involved in assigned cases.
• Facilitate group therapy session weekly ensuring more than three individuals attend per session.
• Complete all required documentation within 24 hours of service not to exceed three days.
• Contribute to the development and reviews of ISPs.
• Maintain billable units of 4.5 hours per day.

· Hourly pay rate of $27.00 to $34.00 (depending upon education and experience).
