The Clinician reports directly to our Clinical Psychologist. This is a hybrid "in office and in group home setting." All individual sessions will be at our Day Program in Atlantic County. Group sessions will be held in two of our Group homes in Cape May County.

Salary: $65000-$70000

What Devereux looks for in YOU:

• Provide individual and group therapy to individuals within your assigned programs.
• Conduct assessments/consultations/monitoring with our individuals to create a comprehensive treatment plan.
• Develop and maintain WRAP plans and safety contracts
• Consultation on Individual Support Plans Goals/Objectives
• Collaboration with external entities such as vocational programs, Psychiatrists, Physicians
• Conduct specialty orientation training for new staff and refresher training for established staff
• On call responsibilities are included in the position, which include, but not limited to phone consultation to assigned programs.
