What You'll Do: As a Revenue Verification Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing Accounts Receivable:

  • Collect and process data for new client admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Maintain and verify accurate payment rates in our client information system.
  • Analyze accounts to resolve outstanding balances and misapplied payments.

• Handling Foster Parent Payroll:

  • Prepare and process biweekly payroll invoices for Foster Parents.
  • Ensure payment rates are accurate and up-to-date.

• Ensuring Contract Compliance:

  • Review and maintain compliance with client contracts for our Residential and Foster Care services.
  • Manage and reconcile clients’ personal and clothing fund accounts.

• Verifying Revenue:

  • Conduct mid-month and month-end revenue verifications.
  • Run reports and make necessary adjustments to ensure accurate revenue recording.

• Supporting Financial Operations:

  • Determine and document revenue accruals.
  • Distribute and reconcile client funds according to guidelines.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Georgia provides programs and services for adolescents with behavioral health diagnoses. Located in Kennesaw, GA.
