We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR File Clerk to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role is responsible for reviewing and identifying deficiencies in employee records, communicating with staff to collect missing information, and converting paper files into digital records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, a high level of discretion, and experience working with confidential information.
Key Responsibiltiies Include:
• Review and audit employee paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with
company policies and regulations.
• Identify missing or deficient documents and communicate effectively with employees to
obtain the necessary information.
• Ensure all records are properly documented, stored, and updated.
• Organize and convert physical files into digital formats while maintaining data accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
• Assist in streamlining administrative processes for better efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with HR, management, and other departments to ensure timely
completion of tasks
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Georgia provides programs and services for adolescents with behevaioral health and developmental diagnosis. Located in Kennesaw, GA this position is responsible for managing the process of transferring paper files to electronic files.

•Proven experience in administrative, compliance, HR, or records management roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify documentation deficiencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management
systems.
• Experience with Oracle as an HRIS is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with HR compliance, document auditing, or regulatory documentation is a
plus
