Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona’s Community Based Services program provides in-home remedial intervention for at-risk youth and families identifying youth and family strengths and needs to enhance the Child and Family Team (CFT) planning process. We are looking for talented individuals who have experience working in Behavioral Health, with families and at-risk youth, to be a positive role model and haven an impact on our families!
Program Coordinators are responsible for the day to day operational functions and overall programming for the Community Based Placement Preservation and Stabilization Programs. Job duties include ensuring all aspects of the programs operate efficiently and in accordance with Devereux’s policies and procedures, as well as overseeing and coordinating the daily activties of Community Based Programs. Program Coordinators participate in program quality planning and monitoring as assigned and are responsible for partial caseload as assigned.
Salary Range: $47,736.00 - $52,509.60
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm; on-call and one (1) weekend day twice a month required
