Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Adult Services provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our main campus is located in Berwyn PA. Our dedicated team of over 600 staff ranging from highly-specialized clinicians and nurses to recreational and direct staff professionals, they all work to one common goal the happiness, self-fulfillment and social integration of each adult in our community.
As the Vocational Project Coordinator you will provide behavioral services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, develop, implement and monitors prevocational programming. You will Provide program oversite and supervision of the instructional activities for both on-site and community settings, periodic staff training, conduct staff performance observations and provide performance feedback. The coordinator also develops and summarizes program data collection systems, conducts periodic program assessments related to program integrity and program outcomes, participation in ongoing program evaluations for quality control and presents progress data to staff, administrators and center leadership team.

EDUCATION: Masters in Psychology or related field and Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred. One (1) experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
EXPERIENCE: One year experience working individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism preferably with adults.
Valid driver's license must be maintained.
At least 21 years of age
