For over 50 years, TCV Community Services, a division of Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, has provided comprehensive programs and services for children, adolescents and adults with behavioral health and special needs. The D-PBIS Program Coordinator position will coordinate the development, implementation and maintenance of all D-PBIS programs at Devereux/TCV for our adult and children’s services.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated experience in Positive Behavior Support, performance management strategies, and project coordination. Must have good project management skills. Requires strong data collection and analytic skills utilizing computer applications. Requires developed facilitation and training skills. Ability to be adaptable, flexible and change activities quickly. Proficient in MS Office and Database Management.
Valid driver's license must be maintained.
