As the Program Administrator for Family Based and Outpatient Services you will enhance the lives of the families and children we serve by ensuring the highest quality of services are being implemented and delivered by our clinical staff.
The Program Administrator of Community Based Services is a Leadership position that administers and coordinates program operations of Outpatient Therapy, Outpatient Psychiatric, Family Based Therapy, and Blended Case Management services to provide safe and effective programs and services for individuals under their care. This role manages fiscal budgets, develops and maintains professional relationships with referral sources, community agencies, along with new and existing funders. The Program Administrator provides leadership and supervision to their staff ensuring adherence to contract outcomes, balanced scorecard measures, internal standards, and works independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for oversight of Outpatient and Family Based services being provided in Chester, Montgomery and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania.

Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in Human Services Related field required
EXPERIENCE: At least five years of experience with increasing level of supervisory responsibilities in a community healthcare service. Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications, experience with data collection/analyzing platforms Electronic Health Record system, and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position. Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines.
Valid driver's license must be maintained.
