Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) center serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Finance or related field required. Master’s preferred
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in behavioral health or residential treatment settings. Proven experience with payer contract negotiation and third-party reimbursement processes.. Strong understanding of insurance verification, benefits coordination, and utilization review processes. Proficiency in analyzing financial data, funder rates, and revenue trends to inform strategic decisions. Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and billing systems and technology savvy. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across clinical, administrative, and corporate teams. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with Medicaid and commercial insurance requirements. Understanding behavioral health regulations, including HIPAA and payer-specific guidelines. Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications,experience with data collection/analyzing platforms (MyAvatar, and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position). Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere established guidelines
Valid driver's license must be maintained.
