Devereux Florida is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support the delivery of high-quality ABA services in a clinic-based setting. This role is ideal for a motivated RBT who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities, mentor peers, and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinic-based setting.
• Support BCBAs in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Assist with conducting preference assessments, skill acquisition assessments, and data collection.
• Lead and mentor RBTs, providing on-the-job training, modeling, and performance feedback.
• Oversee session fidelity and ensure treatment integrity across therapy rooms.
• Coordinate and complete client intake documentation, including initial assessments, consents, and onboarding paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including session notes, data logs, and progress summaries.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations and scheduling.
• Assist with developing training materials and conducting in-service trainings for staff and caregivers.
• Support clinic organization, materials prep, and ensure therapy rooms are well-equipped and maintained.
• Serve as the liaison between the Behavior Support Program (BSP) and external affairs, assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and representing the clinic at community outreach events and tabling opportunities.

Position Details:

Pay Range: Starts at $48,048 / yr. (compensation based on experience/education)

Schedule:  Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Education/Certification:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Social Work and experience in the field is preferred
• Registered as a RBT from the BACB

Experience:

• At least 1 year experience as an RBT preferred

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to complete a two-week (Monday - Friday) new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day. 
• Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test, Physical, and TB Test.
• Valid driver's license
