Devereux/TCV Community Services is Hiring for a Full Time Quality Improvement Coordinator!

The Quality Improvement (QI) Coordinator works closely with other members of the program administration team to ensure quality improvements and outcome measures are achieved. The QI Coordinator maintains up-to-date knowledge of regulations and participates in staff training. The QI Coordinator attends meetings to ensure compliance with Devereux/TCV policies and procedures along with all federal, state and local regulations and laws, as well as licensing and accreditation regulations. This position will be responsible for quality management including data analysis, reporting and coordination of team activities.

Quality Improvement Coordinator responsibilities include:

 

Collecting and analyzing data related to behavioral incidents within the organization; reviewing reports and remote video camera footage to ensure proper delivery of services and interventions; ensuring operating regulations are properly followed and operating licensing is maintained; and developing and implementing corrective action plans when issues are identified.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in quality management or compliance within a healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with accreditation processes and FDA regulations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using software tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Pre-employment clearances and drug screen, required. (All pre-employment clearances will be paid by Devereux/TCV.)
