The Quality Improvement (QI) Coordinator works closely with other members of the program administration team to ensure quality improvements and outcome measures are achieved. The QI Coordinator maintains up-to-date knowledge of regulations and participates in staff training. The QI Coordinator attends meetings to ensure compliance with Devereux/TCV policies and procedures along with all federal, state and local regulations and laws, as well as licensing and accreditation regulations. This position will be responsible for quality management including data analysis, reporting and coordination of team activities.

Quality Improvement Coordinator responsibilities include:
Collecting and analyzing data related to behavioral incidents within the organization; reviewing reports and remote video camera footage to ensure proper delivery of services and interventions; ensuring operating regulations are properly followed and operating licensing is maintained; and developing and implementing corrective action plans when issues are identified.
