Job Summary: Responsible for the safety and supervision of clients, direct care staff and visitors. Provides support and oversight to staff, including crisis intervention and post-crisis processing, assistance in managing dangerous or aggressive behavior and consultation as needed. Assures safety standards are followed, maintains daily shift report and investigates incidents. Conducts routine rounds of campus, making frequent checks to ensure buildings and campus are secure. Responsible for maintaining balanced staffing pattern during shift and planning for on-coming shift, including filling unanticipated vacancies. Assists nurses in the admissions intake assessment process and in ensuring that client care needs are met.

Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Two years of college preferred. Proficient computer skills. Valid driver license must be maintained.
Experience: Must have a minimum of two years experience as a Direct Care Professional and/or as a Campus Operations Technician.
