As the Recruitment Coordinator you will:

• Create and manage requisitions and applicants through our applicant tracking system  (iCIMS)
• Screen all applications/resumes and forward to hiring managers for review
• Conduct comprehensive phone-screens
• Schedule interviews with program management
• Attend job fairs and other recruiting opportunities

*This is an entry-level recruitment position.

Salary Range: $20.25 / hr - $23.63 / hr

Working Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm

Work Location: This position is hybrid and will split time at home/office/programs/events. Must be located within the Central Florida area due to Devereux program locations.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum one (1) year high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, human services and/or non-profit setting strongly preferred.
• Proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification, including, but not limited to: referrals, internal databases, internet sourcing, social recruiting, cold calling and direct recruiting to obtain qualified candidates preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
