The Information Systems Manager will oversee the information systems and technological needs of Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services (DPACS) providing support to multiple physical locations (West Chester, Malvern and Downingtown, Landenberg, Audubon). You will serve as a liaison with Corporate Information Systems personnel to ensure that current information systems needs are met and develop and coordinate systems to meet the future operational needs of the Center. DPACS provides therapeutic residential treatment and education services for children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, along with emotional and behavioral conduct disorders.

Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) center serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

EDUCATION: Completion of an information systems technical educational program, Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent job related experience required. Must possess current, valid driver’s license.
EXPERIENCE: Requires experience or educational curriculum regarding PCs, LANs, WANs, and providing technical support. Knowledge of multiple software applications required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Must be at least 21 years of age.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Performs a variety of physical tasks associated with the work of a facilities staff, including sitting, standing with movement, walking, bending/stooping, crawling, climbing, reaching above shoulder, reaching below shoulder, reaching at shoulder, maintaining balance, crouching, kneeling, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs. Any weight that exceeds 100 lbs., may require the use of equipment or additional help from maintenance staff. Repetitive hand and foot motion; hearing and vision abilities. Must be capable of setting up and safely using a variety of equipment and/or devices including but not limited to ladders, power equipment, motorized equipment. Uses safeguards as intended and complies with all regulatory and center-wide requirements/guidelines.
