Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New York provides programs and services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dual diagnoses. Located in Kingston, NY, this position is responsible for directly overseeing the program operations of three to four assigned houses. Such oversight includes supervision and training of Residence Managers; staff recruitment; compliance with staffing and fiscal targets; adherence with Devereux and state quality requirements; active programming in each house; and compliance with each individual's applicable ISP goals.
Salary: $66,446.40 / year

Education:Bachelor's Degree Required.
Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in a comparable residential treatment program, all of which shall be in a supervisory capacity. Strong interpersonal skills required. Must be able to get along with diverse personalities. Must handle detailed, complex concepts and problems and make rapid decisions.
