In this role, you’ll supervise a team of licensed clinicians providing therapy, assessments, and case management for youth in a residential program specializing in treatment for Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC). You’ll also help implement powerful therapeutic models like DBT and PBIS, support staff development, and collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team.
We are seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee therapeutic services for youth in a residential program specializing in treatment for Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC).
Responsibilities include supervising licensed clinicians, ensuring quality therapy and documentation, providing training and coaching, and supporting implementation of evidence-based models like DBT and PBIS.
The role also involves hiring, onboarding, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Education: Master's Degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or related field, required. Current, valid clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Experience with trauma-informed care and youth services preferred.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years experience in clinical programs setting, preferably working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Supervisory experience preferred. At least one (1) year working in a residential treatment center, inpatient treatment facility, or with a multi-disciplinary team required.
