Position: Behavior Analyst
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Daylight, with some availability outside of those hours to meet the needs of the program and those served
Salary: $48,769.50
Location: Greater Pittsburgh Area
JOB SUMMARY:
Assess psychological and program needs of assigned Individuals. Develops, oversees the implementation of, and monitors behavior programs of assigned Individuals. Serves as a member of the Individual’s Interdisciplinary Team. Instructs staff in the implementation of individual behavior programs.
Core Job Duties:
Clinical Competencies- Conduct assessments (behavioral, adaptive, risk) independently, analyze data, and provide clear clinical impressions. Perform regular on-site observations and give performance feedback to support the team.
Clinical Performance- Implement clinical practices in residences and training facilities. Provide consultation, conduct observations, offer feedback, and train staff on behavior plans and clinical needs. Participate in team meetings.
Documentation- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation that is clear, objective, and data-supported.
Time Management- Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks and projects.
Professional Practice- Follow all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. Maintain required continuing education and participate in trainings for professional growth.
Safety and Risk Management- Ensure a safe environment by following industry standards and proactively identifying and managing risks.

The accomplished individual will possess:
EDUCATION: Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field.
EXPERIENCE: Must have strong behavioral analysis skills, counseling, and experience working with adults with
intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
Computer skills required. Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license, and be at least 21 years of age.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to administer CPR and first aid. Ability to properly restrain adult client. Regularly
requires walking, standing, stooping, bending, sitting, repetitive wrist/hand movement, pushing/pulling, and continuous use of office
equipment. Requires continuous normal hearing (40-60 decibels or 40-60 decibels with correction) and vision (20/20 or 20/20 with
correction). Involves occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Significant and frequent use of physical requirements associated with verbal and
written communication. Must be free of dependency and abuse of illegal or illicit drugs, alcohol, inhalants, or other chemical
substances or controlled substances. Occasional operation of Devereux vehicles, required.
