The pay for this position starts at $20.50/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $23.87/hour.
This position is located in Rutland, MA.
The following schedules are available:
(1) Sunday 7am - 11pm, Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 3pm-11pm
(2) Sunday 7am-11pm, Monday, Tuesday & Friday 3pm - 11pm
$1,000 Sign-on Bonus
Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's Willow House program serves co-ed individuals aged 9-16 with ASD and IDD, some of whom are non-verbal. With 1 staff to 3 students ratio, this program offers a high level of individualized care that is focused on safety, self-care, and daily living skills. Staff design house-specific routines, chores, and activities that support the individuals' growth and development.
