Job Duties:
Financial – Accounts Payable: Accurately matches and codes invoices with Purchase Orders, Purchase Requests, contracts and Requests for Funds or other authorizing paperwork. Accurately performs petty cash reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations. Consistently meets all deadlines assigned. All center invoices are entered into the A/P system and paid in a timely fashion; ensuring no late charges are incurred. Effectively interacts with all vendors to ensure timely receipt of invoices and effectively works through any discrepancies. Ensures safeguarding of center credit cards and assures that all uses are authorized. Manages documentation and processing of client incidentals. Effectively performs research as required.
Financial – General Accounting: Assures accurate and timely account reconciliations. Effectively performs research and data assimilation as required. Accurately performs all aspects of the deposit process. Effectively utilizes computer software related to role and Consistently compiles and organizes financial data
Administrative - PBX: Transfers calls to appropriate departments, handles front desk with professionalism. (2 1/2 days a week)

Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or G.E.D; Associates Degree preferred. Proficient computer skills. Valid driver license must be maintained.
Experience: Minimum of at least (2) years accounts payable experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
