Every day as a Senior Financial Analyst you will....

  • Act as a liaison between the Operations and Finance teams by providing program leadership with timely financial information and analytics
  • Serve as a resource/subject matter expert on month end closing, financial planning and analysis, reconciliations, fixed asset record keeping and provide technical guidance.
  • Prepare center budget files and monthly operation close documents
  • Assure the accuracy of all financial reports prepared 
  • Support Accounts Payable as needed

Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) center serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and  approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Qualifications

 

EDUCATION:  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA preferred. 

 

EXPERIENCE:  Five years’ experience in accounts payable, accounting supportive role, or related field preferred.  Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
