Hourly Rate: From $25.19 up to $30.56, based upon related experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

What to Expect: 

 

Devereux/TCV is currently seeking a dedicated and responsible person to fill our Full-Time Outpatient Therapist role.

The Outpatient Therapist plays a critical role in fulfilling the mission of TCV by providing compassionate support, therapy, and other clinical services to children, adolescents, teens and families using evidenced based approaches In this position, you will be a member of a multidisciplinary team working with other therapists, nurses, service coordinators, support staff, administrators, and psychiatrists. Therapy is provided in-person in an office setting. We are looking for people who believe in a strengths-based approach, and use positive practices to help guide their everyday activities. Our offices are in Homestead, PA. The Outpatient Therapist position is designed to:

  • Clinically assess clients to obtain information concerning social history, treatment, and other pertinent information.
  • Plan and administer therapeutic treatment, using person centered approaches that support goals, and drive the most appropriate treatment, including referrals and collaborating with others..
  • Provide trauma informed care and regularly evaluate for behavioral health risks, including use of appropriate clinical scales.
  • Responsible for carrying a clinical caseload via face to face in a school or at our organization, while maintaining required productivity level as detailed by the Clinical Director.
  • Exceeding expectations will be rewarded with incentives, as approved by the Clinical director.
  • Consult external and external community providers concerning treatment plans and for coordination of care, as required

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Master's degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Social Work or Counseling.
  • Licensed Eligible preferred.
  • Valid PA Driver’s License with 3-year MVR record required.
  • All PA federal and state clearances required.
  • At least six (6) months experience providing psychotherapy for adults.
  • Experience working with an electronic health record, preferred.
