The pay for this position starts at $60,000/year, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $66,280/year.
Additional compensation also offered for certain licensure.
This position is located in Rutland, MA.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm, with on-call rotation.

Devereux Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's Trafford House program serves females 12 to 21 with various psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders. With 1 staff to 4 students ratio, this program is focused on increasing independence and preparing indivudals to move on from Devereux. As a Clinician, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other behavioral intervention services including; functional behavior assessments (FBAs), positive behavior support plans, in-vivo coaching, assessment of functional skill level, and clinical consultation to direct care staff and families. Our Clinicians collaborate with Case Managers and Program Directors to provide Individual, Group and Family Therapy. The primary clinical treatment model for this program is ABA within a trauma informed care milieu.
