Devereux is seeking a highly organized and energetic Executive Assistant who takes initiatives to meet anticipated needs of the Devereux MA & RI Leadership Team. We are looking for an Executive Assistant who can work effectively and seamlessly in a fast-paced-ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will also play a crucial role in assisting with large-scale fund-raising events; acting as a liaison between center leadership team, advisory board members, national team, and other stakeholders; and overseeing center’s switchboard operations team.
The salary for this position starts at $52,700, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $61,118.
This position is located in Rutland, MA.
The available schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
