Devereux Florida provides programs and services for children and adolescents who face significant emotional, behavioral and intellectual/developmental challenges. Based out of Viera, FL, this position is responsible for:

• Coordinating the general office operations, and performs a wide variety of clerical and administrative tasks for the Viera Campus medical providers.
• Managing the calendar and schedules for the doctors including, intakes, admissions and treatment teams.
• Directing and following up on medication authorizations and orders.
• Ensuring timely completion of data input and documentation in Profiler.
• Completing insurances and contract information for the medical providers.

Position Details:

Salary:  Starts at $17.50 / hour and is subject to increase based on relevant education and experience.

Shifts: This is an in-person position, located at our Viera campus.

Education:

• Minimum of a High School diploma required
• Bachelor Degree in Social Services or Business Administration preferred.

Experience:

• Two years' administrative experience in the medical/insurance field required.
• Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders, and/or IDD disorders preferred.
• Computer skills, excellent customer service and organizational skills required.
