Position: Enhanced Clinical Service Coordinator

Rate: $27.19/hour

Schedule: The normal workweek for this position is 37.5 hours each week. This schedule, however, may be adjusted to meet the needs of the consumer.

Location: Greater Pittsburgh Area 

 

 

In our Enhanced Clinical Service Coordination Unit, we serve consumers by ensuring engagement and participation in treatment/services, case linking, and referral to other resources and to act as a liaison to community facilities. We act as an advocate ensuring all adhere to the rights of consumers and that they have timely access to all mental health and drug and alcohol services/treatment.

 

 

Job description:

The primary purpose of this position is to function as a team member with clinical modalities and to coordinate the provision of supportive services for adults with serious and persistent mental illness who need assistance in accessing, coordinating and monitoring resources and services

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Pastoral Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, Sociology, Education with a certificate in Special Education.
  • Valid Driver's License & Driving History (MVR), 3 years of previous driving experience, required
  • Act 33/34, Child Abuse, and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances required
