As an Account Manager at Devereux, you will work alongside dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. In this role, you will handle initial inquiries regarding residential, day program, and behavioral health programs and referrals. You will also deliver marketing communications about our services to external accounts and referral sources through a diversified approach that includes phone calls, emails, and in-person visits. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will represent Devereux at industry events within your territory, building strong relationships and promoting our mission of compassionate care.

The Account Manager reports directly to the Director of Marketing and is located in our office in Cherry Hill,NJ. The Account Manager works remote & on a hybrid schedule with travel requirements twice a week to various locations across the state.

Competitive Compensation: $63,000 - $68,000

What Devereux Looks for in YOU:

Expertise: Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel, as well as other database management tools to ensure accurate reporting and efficient workflow.

You'd make a great Account Manager if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, behavioral health, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in admissions/marketing.
• Prior experience working directly with individuals with emotional, behavioral, and/or developmental disabilities in behavioral health, residential and/or day programs, or therapeutic foster care settings is preferred.
• Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
