We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support to students in a school-based setting. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, support academic engagement, and promote positive social and behavioral outcomes for students.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children, thrive in structured environments, and prefer a consistent schedule.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the BCBA
Provide one-to-one and/or small group behavioral support in classroom and school settings
Collect and accurately document behavioral data during sessions
Support students with skill acquisition, emotional regulation, and positive behavior strategies
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school administration
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with district and agency policies
Attend supervision, trainings, and team meetings as required

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Experience:
Active RBT certification through the BACB (required)
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or behavioral needs preferred
Ability to follow behavior plans and accept feedback
Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills
