Monday-Friday with on-call rotation.
The salary range is $79,000 - $90,060 depending on education and experience.

Devereux Massachusetts serves children and adolescents with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
In the role of Diagnostic Services & Clinical Training Manager, you will provides oversight and coordination of psychological assessment services utilized in our residential, group home and therapeutic day programs. Coordinates assessment services (i.e. diagnostic evaluations, program specific assessment, and outcomes assessment) and provides supervision to clinical practitioners completing assessments. Provides supervision to Doctoral level trainees and Devereux's APA accredited doctoral internship program, as well as to Masters interns and staff clinicians. Works collaboratively with the training department to coordinate clinical training topics across the agency, and oversees clinical orientation and onboarding for new employees of the clinical department. Also works collaboratively with Devereux’s Director of Internship Training. Serves as a member of the Clinical Leadership Team, while also serving as a consultant to all departments and conducting clinical auditing as needed. Serves as a member of the agency on-call rotation.
