We are looking for caring and compassionate people who want to work in a 4-bed group home setting with male adults (over the age of 22) with IDD/ASD.
The pay range for this position is $20.50 to $23.87 per hour, depending on education and experience.
$1,000 Sign-on Bonus
Additional $250 bonus if MAP ceritifed.
Available Schedules:
Sunday Double (3pm - 7am), Monday - Wednesday: 11pm - 7am (40 hours)
Thursday & Friday 11pm -7am, Saturday Double (3pm - 7am) (32 hours)

Through our residential and placement services in the community, we help individuals learn the skills needed for independent living and making meaningful life choices. In our adult community group home in Templeton, individuals learn the skills needed for independent living and are encouraged to make meaningful life choices. Our goal is to support individuals to access the services they need, build community connections, and to achieve the best quality of life possible.
As a Direct Support Professional, you are a teacher - coaching and demonstrating skills to increase individual’s independence; relationship builder - developing positive connections with individuals, their friends, families, and DDS service coordinators; and an environmental manager - monitoring the safety and security of the home and community.
Responsibilities may include coaching and assisting in hygiene routines, chore completion, meal preparation, administration of medications, completion of required paperwork, planning and facilitating recreational activities, assisting with transportation and supporting individuals in working and achieving their goals.
