Your Role on Our Team:

  • Deliver compassionate, individualized behavioral support to individuals across assigned programs and services.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, behavioral consultations, monitoring, and training to address complex and challenging behaviors.
  • Supporting skill acquisition and pro-social behavior through implementation of positive behavior support plans and positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS)
  • Integration within an interdisciplinary team to develop and support meaningful Individual Support Plan (ISP) goals and outcomes.
  • Mentor and supervise Master and Bachelor level Behavior Specialists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring high-quality therapeutic interventions and clinical consistency.
  • Provide limited after-hours support through phone consultation for assigned programs as part of a shared on-call structure.

Bring Your Expertise to Our Team:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and NJ licensure required
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Passion for person-centered, compassionate care
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Experience supporting adults with autism and developmental disabilities preferred

Qualifications

You'd make a great BCBA if you have:

  • Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • One year experience working with IDD population. 
  • Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis
